1. General

Any and all orders placed with Socal Supersport constitute acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, however you retain the right to cancel your order if such change occurs. All products sold by Socal Supersport are for off road or show use only unless otherwise explicitly stated. It is illegal to tamper with or remove any emission control device. Check your local laws for compliance of any aftermarket product. All prices, materials, design, color, contents included with a product, and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Some product images may be shown with optional items that are sold separately. Product images on website are a representation only and may not reflect or represent the exact product you will receive. In the event that our computer server/database encounters technical difficulties which causes problems with our product pricing, shipping calculations, or sales tax computations, Socal Supersport will correct all discrepancies at the time of processing. Customers will be notified of any errors and will have the option to retain the order with corrected totals or to cancel the order. All prices and policies are subject to change ant any time. 2. Fraud

Fraud is unfortunately a large part of today's marketplace. Socal Supersport takes every step to prevent and detect fraudulent transactions to protect both the consumer and retailer. Please understand that the reasons a lot of our policies, terms, and conditions exist are for fraud protection purposes. We do not waiver from these because of fraud protection, and understand they can often be an inconvenience. Socal Supersport aggressively pursues consumers who attempt to defraud us, and will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. As a precaution and for protection purposes, your IP address will be recorded with your transaction. In the event you defraud Socal Supersport, you are responsible for any and all legal and collection fees associated with the recovery of our product and/or monies. Socal Supersport will immediately forward your case to our attorneys or collection agency once the authorities have been contacted. We take fraud very seriously!

 

3. Order Placement

Socal Supersport accepts orders via our website (www.socalsupersport.com) or via telephone. We do not accept orders via fax or email unless previously arranged with a sales representative. Orders may be placed online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Orders may be placed by telephone during normal business hours. Please call 714-776-4420 for current hours. Online orders placed after regular business hours will be processed the next business day, with the exception of orders placed on Friday and Saturday. Orders placed anytime after business hours on Friday will be processed the following business day. As a precaution and for protection purposes, your IP address will be recorded with your transaction.

 

4. Payment

Payment is required at the time of order placement, not order shipment. Socal Supersport accepts Visa / Mastercard credit cards, PayPal, and money order/cashiers check. We do not accept any other forms of payment including but not limited to personal checks, check by phone, manufacturer's cards (i.e. Yamaha card, Honda card), etc. All orders must be placed under the cardholder's name, no exceptions. If you wish for your order to be shipped to another address other than the verified billing address of the cardholder, you must fax or email a legible copy of your driver's license and the front and back side of the credit card you are using for review by our fraud department. This does not guarantee Socal Supersport will ship to the alternate address. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, additional shipping charges may apply. We will not ship your order until all information can be verified and payment is received in full, absolutely no exceptions.

 

5. Backorders

In the event Socal Supersport is out of stock of the item you ordered, it will be ordered from the manufacturer. If the item is not is stock at the manufacturer, it is placed on backorder. Socal Supersport will make every effort to notify you of this or any other delay of your order, but is not always able to do so. Socal Supersport has no control over the speed in which a backorder is filled, and also has not control on the information of release dates given to us by said manufacturer. Socal Supersport can only pass on to you the information we receive from said manufacturer.

 

6. Shipping

Once your order is placed with Socal Supersport, your product will be normally ship the same day or within 1-3 business days if your product is in stock. If your product is not in stock, Socal Supersport will order your product from the said manufacturer and ship it to you once we receive your product. Socal Supersport will make every effort to notify you of this or any other delay of your order, but is not always able to do so. Socal Supersport ships via FedEx and USPS via ground or parcel post at Cost to you in most cases. Socal Supersport will make every effort to forward any and all tracking information available to you. Generally, orders take 1-14 business days to arrive after your order is placed. If faster shipping is required, you are responsible for additional freight charges. Selecting an expedited shipping method does not guarantee that the order will be shipped by a certain date. An expedited shipping method only instructs Socal Supersport to use that method of shipping when the order is processed and ready to ship.

 

7. Order cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time and receive a full refund prior to your order shipping from Socal Supersport or the warehouse/manufacturer to Socal Supersport or you. Special order items are exempt and may not be cancelled at any time after the item is ordered and the payment is processed. A special order item is defined as any item that is not normally stocked by Socal Supersport or is currently out of stock and ordered specifically for you before our regular stocking order with said manufacturer. To cancel an order that has already been shipped please see the Return policy below.

 

8. Hassle Free EXCHANGE/RETURN Policy - 30 Day Exchange/Return Period

Socal Supersport is happy to offer hassle-free exchanges or returns within 30 days of ship date. Please be sure your return reaches Socal Supersport within 30 days of the date it was delivered to you (as shown on delivery company's tracking system).

Apparel Hassle-Free Exchange/Return

Socal Supersport always wants you to have the perfect fit. If an apparel item does not fit properly, we will gladly exchange the wrong size for the right size. Socal Supersport offers a hassle-free exchange policy within 30 days from the ship date. We do not have any restocking fee*, we only ask that you pay the shipping back and forth on the item. Please contact a representative from Socal Supersport to obtain the current shipping rates.

Sizing

Socal Supersport strongly suggests you get pre-sized. Easy ways to determine what size you require and are comfortable riding in are: Use the sizing charts on our website, or manufacturer’s websites, try on a friend or co-workers piece, or visit a local dealership. Since we cannot size you, measure you, or know what kind of fit you want we are unable and will not recommend sizes or styles for customers.

Original packaging in good condition

Please include all original packaging in good condition (free from scratches, blemishes, tears, dents, and markings - including writing of any kind) with your return. Socal Supersport CAN NOT and WILL NOT take ANY product back if it is not EXACTLY in the same condition as you received it in. ALL original packaging, tags, covers, etc. MUST be retained in order to get a return or exchange.

Unused condition

Socal Supersport is unable to accept returned items that have been installed, used or damaged. Pet hair, odors, or other such variations in the product’s condition will void your ability to return products.

Exceptions on Exchanges/Returns

Like your local dealer, Socal Supersport is unable to accept returns or exchanges on many electrical parts. Certain aftermarket items are exempt from this condition - please contact us before returning or exchanging electrical items. We are unable to do returns or exchanges on lighting, books, manuals, special order, clearance, sale, PRICEMATCHED, or specified items.

Exchange/Return Shipping

Inbound and outbound shipping fees on returned or exchanged merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Socal Supersport recommends you insure your package before shipping it back and that you ship with a carrier that can issue a tracking # to you when you ship your product. This allows you to ensure a safe delivery of your merchandise back to our warehouse. In the event your product is damaged or lost in transit to us, we are unable to refund your product. If you need to return an item because it was damaged during shipping or because of a mistake made by the manufacturer or Socal Supersport, please contact us and we will assist you - in these cases no restocking fees will apply and we will cover the return shipping expense.

Price Differences

A refund to the original credit card used will be issued if there is a remaining balance. Any difference in price will be charged to you.

Restocking fees

Socal Supersport aims to keep shopping for your ride as easy and as low cost as possible. We do our best to avoid restocking fees. However, in some cases restocking fees will apply. These cases include, but are not limited to, used, damaged, discontinued, special orders and the conditions specified above.

How to Exchange/Return Items

You MUST obtain an RMA# from Socal Supersport before sending any product back. Please call 1-714-776-4420 to obtain a RMA #. Unfortunately we cannot process any returned products without an RmA #. If you send a product back to Socal Supersport without obtaining an RMA# first, it will be refused and returned to you at your expense and risk.

After you have an RMA#, Pack and Send Back Your Return

When returning something to us, please re-pack all items using the materials we sent. Keep in mind that shipping companies can be very tough on packages! Please be sure not to write on or damage the manufacturer's packaging material as this can make an item unreturnable. Clearly write your RMA# on the outside of the box near the shipping label so we can identify your package when we receive it. Please allow 1-4 business days after receipt for Socal Supersport to inspect and process your return.

 

9. Damage/Shortage Claims

All merchandise shipped from Socal Supersport and its affiliates is properly packed before leaving the warehouse. Damaged shipments must be checked in the presence of the carrier driver. Lost or damaged shipment claims must be made with the carrier, Socal Supersport is not responsible for the package once it leaves our possession. It is important that the original packaging materials be retained, and it is also advisable that pictures be taken of the merchandise and packaging for use with the carrier. All shortage claims must be made by the end of the next business day of receiving your product. After that time, Socal Supersport will not be responsible for any shortages.

 

10. Refused/Non-deliverable Shipments

Any shipment that is refused or returned to Socal Supersport is subject to an additional handling charge and all shipping/return fees unless prior arrangements have been made with Socal Supersport.

 

11. Warranties

All warranties are manufacturers warranty only and not through Socal Supersport. Please contact the manufacturer of your product for warranty replacement. Be sure to fill out any product registration and/or warranty registration material that comes with your product. Failure to complete this step may void any warranty from said manufacturer. Socal Supersport neither implies nor expresses any warranty of any product it sells. Different manufacturers have different warranty policies which vary the process of warranty replacement. You are responsible for all freight charges to and from Socal Supersport or said manufacturer/distributor warehouse, which is due before shipment or replacement. Socal Supersport will not issue a credit or replacement until the returned goods are inspected and verified defective by the manufacturer and Socal Supersport is credited or replacement part is sent by said manufacturer. An RMA# must be obtained before returning any product for warranty. Socal Supersport is not liable or responsible for denied warranty claims, and in most cases your product will not be returned to you.

 

12. Refunds

If you are to receive a refund from Socal Supersport, we will refund the original credit card used to make the purchase. If your credit card has been lost or stolen, please contact a Socal Supersport representative for instructions on how to receive a refund. The original shipping charges that Socal Supersport covered to get the product to you initially will normally be deducted from any refund or credit amount. Once a refund is authorized, it will be completed within 1-4 business days. Please note it can take an additional 1-4 business days for your account to show funds as available. Socal Supersport has no control over this time delay

 

13. California State Residents

If your billing address OR shipping address is in California State, you will be charged 7.75% sales tax. In the event the website does not calculate the charge, Socal Supersport will contact you for payment. Your order will not be processed until final payment has been received.

 

14. International Orders

International orders must be made online. Socal Supersport may require additional information from you to verify your identity and prevent fraudulent orders (normally a fax or email with a photo ID and copy of credit card). Place your order online, and a customer service agent will contact you with any additional request for information or to collect any additional freight required. Free shipping does not apply to international orders, and the customer is responsible for all associated duties and taxes levied by their local government. We accept credit card, money order, and PayPal for international orders. Please contact a Socal Supersport representative for further assistance.

 

15. Concessions

Socal Supersport cannot be held responsible for and will not compensate for the following but not limited to; damage done to your property or person as a result of a product purchased from Socal Supersport, legal action or fines accessed to you as a result of a product purchased from Socal Supersport, bodily injury or death to you, your passengers or bystanders as a result of a product purchased from Socal Supersport, financial loss or responsibility inherited as a result of a product purchased from Socal Supersport, etc. Socal Supersport cannot be held responsible for and will not compensate for labor, installation, inconvenience, storage, and/or other fees accessed to you as a result of a product purchased from Socal Supersport regardless of circumstance. Your manufacturers warranty may be voided as a result of a product purchased and/or installed from Socal Supersport, and we cannot be held responsible.

 

16. Low Price Guarantee

Socal Supersport will meet or beat any competitor's shipped price. If you are ready to order and have found an advertised price at another retailer on an item that they actually have in stock, please let us know! We need to be able to view the advertised price in order to complete the price match. Non advertised prices such as emails, phone quotes, etc. cannot be considered for price matching. Copy and paste the URL of the page where the item is advertised into an email so we can view the advertised price. Do not send the homepage of the website, as we do not have time to search the site for your item. If it is a print advertisement, please fax a copy of the ad to 714-776-4422. Once we have this information, we can verify the pricing, description, brand name, and availability. This process may take just a little time, and as soon as the information is verified a representative will contact you with our low price offer which is a onetime offer good at that moment only. Online auction sites (including "stores" on these sites), companies who are not factory direct distributors of the product at hand, special closeouts, sale, clearance items, used or returned goods, group buy offers, or any foreign business are excluded from any low price guarantee offer. Socal Supersport cannot price match or beat any item if we do not have it in stock. All price matches are subject to shipping charges and may not include our free shipping offer. Socal Supersport will match or beat the "out the door" price, which is how much the total would be to get the product to you. Sometimes we are simply just not able to do the pricematch. Socal Supersport reserves the right to abstain from our Low Price Guarantee offer at any time for any reason.
